  Contents of Consultation

   A consultation consists of 2 parts
      a. Checking of the proposed plan 
     b. Personal visiting and checking of the actual site
 

2.





 

   The consultation provides the following valuable information:
     a.  House Appraisal (Favourable or Unfavourable)
          free of charge for Rates C Clients only
     b.  Favourable interior arrangements
     c.  Harmonious environmental settings
     d.  Recommendations & Remedies
     e.  Choosing of auspicious day and time for ground breaking, moving in and others
 

  Consultation Fees

1.

   The fees will vary according to the size and number of rooms in the house or office.

2.

   To appraise a specific location for favourable or unfavourable living is S$500/- a session

3.

   Upon the confirmation of consultation, a deposit of 50% of the consultation fee is required.

4.

   The final payment is upon the presentation of the special report.

5.

   Each subsequent visit is S$100/-.

6.


 

 Alteration
Client has 1 chance of free alteration within 7 days, subsequent alteration will be charged accordingly,

   Up to 2,000 sq feet    S$950/-

   2,000 sq feet and above  S$1,100/-(minimum)

   Landed Property (Special Report provided)
    Terrace Houses  3 rooms + 1 hall +2 toilets =  S$1,100/-   Each additional roomS$100/-
    Corner Terrace   3  rooms + 1 hall + 2 toilets = S$1,300/-   Each additional room S$100/-
    Semi-Detached Houses     S$1,600/-
    Bungalow     S$3,000/-(minimum)
